Foreign Minister of the British government Jeremy Browne announced UK government work hard to pass US backed resolution against SriLanka at the 19th session of UN Human Rights Council session in Geneva.
While speaking this regard from London Minister Jeremy Browne went on to say, Britain welcome the US resolution pass against the SriLanka and also stress Lankan government to implement the proposals of LLRC commission in the country.
This resolution points out that world interested on establishing long term peace and reconciliation in SriLanka.
In such situation we request Lankan government to take necessary steps to implement LLRC recommendations in the country said the Minister.
