Minister Arumugam Thondaman has submitted his resignation letter to President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
The letter was submitted this evening. However the President has not accepted the letter. The resignation was over some posts in the government sector, sources said.
CWC representate the people of Indian Tamil community. Due to this party always carries out its work according to wishes of Indian government.
Since end of the Geneva voting against country problem has been raised between Indian and Lankan government. In such situation CWC has decided to resign from the UPFA government.
