Flying high on her Gabbar Singh release actress Shruti Haasan is making new beginnings. The actress who made her Kollywood debut in Surya starrer 7aam Arivu , followed it with the Kolaveri phenom ‘3’ in Tamil and Gabbar Singh in Telugu. While her ‘3’ is yet to release in Hindi, Shruti thought setting things up early on would do no harm.
She has been on a hunt for her new house in Mumbai and finally has a posh flat in the Queen of suburbs – Bandra. The Bandra Bandstand Street is home to many Bollywood celebs including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and others. Shruti who spent her college days in Mumbai’s St Andrews College feels it’s more of a homecoming rather than getting adjusted to new surroundings. “My mom and sister live here and I have always had a connection with Mumbai. It’s just like a second home to me”, says the gorgeous lass. There are many new offers pouring in from Bollywood for the actress including one for an animation movie named Arjun. Getting her new 2BHK close to mom Sarika and sister Akshara’s residence, she quips, “I am excited to get the interiors done up and I have got some plans too”. There is also news that the multi-talented actress will engage herself in a music album of her own, collaborating with independent artists soon. With the release of 3 in Hindi, things could only get better for Shruti.
